  • This pull-through ceramic water sharpener is designed by Global specifically for use with Global knives. This easy to use tool ensures the correct angle is always kept on the knife. The sharpener consists of two ceramic wheels. No1, white, is course and No2, pink, is fine for a complete sharpening process. The sharpening groove is not parallel, and hence the oblique angle of the ceramic wheel is able to restore the razor sharpness of your knife.
