Whether you require a convenient space for heated plates or an area for your fresh-out-the-oven meals, this Roller Grill Plate Warmer can act as a secure storage location for heated crockery and oven trays. Capable of holding three full gastronorm trays (sold separately) or 120 plates, the appliance's fan assisted heating system provides consistent heating across all three of its adjustable shelves. When necessary the fitted castors will move the cabinet for cleaning with minimal effort, meanwhile this commercial plate warmer benefits from the addition of a water tray for added control over the internal humidity.
