Ceramic steel designed to sharpen your collection of Pro Balance knives. Pro Balance Knives are very sharp, colour coded knives with a unique adjustable balance mechanism. Each knife employs a revolutionary concept and design, featuring a hollow handle which can be opened to customise its weight by adding or removing small weights. By shifting the weights forwards or backwards you can alter the centre of balance of the knife and by adding or removing weights you can also make the knife lighter or heavier. This ensures that each knife can be customised perfectly for each user. This all stainless steel knife uses German 1.4116 steel (HRC 55) to provide a strong and durable blade.
