Beautifully present sushi, tapas or other buffet items on these 1/3 gastronorm size slates. Created by Olympia, these slates have been varnished to make them waterproof and oil repellent. The natural jagged edges give a striking appearance, especially against a white cloth. Natural slate is also great for serving cheese boards or cold meat platters.
