The colour wash used on the outside of this bowl reacts with the minerals that naturally occur within the clay, and, thanks to the extremely unpredictable conditions within the kiln, creates a truly unique finish every time. The finishing touch is the hand painted rim that is so strong Olympia guarantees it against chipping for life.
