This water resistant thermometer measures temperatures over the range of -50 -+200C with a 0.1 C resolution. It also features a max/min temperature recording function and on the back of the instrument is a discreet C/F and reset button. It incorporates a 3.5Diax 120 mm stainless steel penetration probe which can be used as a conventional food penetration probe thermometer.
