A machine for high output caterers, this Hoshizaki Compact Ice Maker uses the latest technology to produce fresh batches of clean and pristine ice for customers with every batch. With the capacity to produce up to 30 kilograms of ice every day, and a newly foam insulated 11.5 kilo storage bin, each batch is made with the intention of supplying a constant stream of customers. Using an automatic rinse cycle the machine will drain old water and use a fresh pool for each batch it produces, resulting in fresh uncontaminated ice with every cycle. This appliance operates using less energy than previous models, and reduces its costs both this way and through the detachable air filter when maintenance is required.
