The Falcon Infinity G2845F is no ordinary deep fryer. Designed to be heavy duty, the Infinity fryer provides unique cutting edge technology to deliver incredibly efficient and reliable results. Requiring just 16 litres of oil to run, the fryer heats up and recovers very quickly. In addition, the inbuilt filtration system extends the oil life and improves the overall quality of the food. Add in the unique pre-mix burner system, lid, and heat exchanger and the results save both time and money as the oil doesn't need to be replaced as often as other non-filtered fryers. This version is designed to be connected to a LPG gas supply.
