Holding up to 3/1 GN the cold well can be customised in accordance with your own menu selection and personal preference, with robust sneeze screens fitted to Protect your produce from cross contamination. Modular dCk plates can be removed from the cold well for easier cleaning, and an integrated condensate water evaporator removes the hassle of site drainage. GN pans sold separately.
