Using diffused lighting in the overhead gantry, this unit is competent as both a breakfast and dinner service display, suitable for the merchandising of items ranging from crisps, snacks and canned drinks to baguettes, rolls and alcoholic beverages. You can control the lighting from a mounted panel on the gantry plate, whilst a toughened glass sneeze screen is placed to ensure your food is guarded from external contaminants.
