Made in Yamaguchi, Japan where the stainless steel blades are compressed, heat treated and then finished by hand to give them an extra sharp finish. Benriner products are the sharpest mandolin slicers on the market with exceptionally high quality blades reminiscent of Japanese knives. The wheel adjusts the blade for thickness to allow you to achieve your desired slice width from 0.5 mm to 0.8 mm; perfect for potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, apples, onions and more. This is the extra wide version of the BN-64W Benriner. This will be light work of slicing vegeatables. The BN-95W comes with 3 blades, thick, medium and fine and a Benriner finger Guard. Dimensions 368 x 146 x 30mm. Cutting width 95mm. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Finger guard included.
