The Benriner BN-64W Mandolin is made from sturdy plastic with heat-treated, hand finished stainless steel blades for a professional finish. Includes three interchangeable blades for different styles of slicing: straight edge flat blade on body, medium julienne (3 mm) and coarse julienne (11 mm), as well as a finger guard to hold food securely and protect your fingers. A wheel adjusts blade for thickness to allow you to achieve your desired slice width from 0.5mm to 0.8mm; perfect for potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, apples, onions and more. Blades come out of the device for quick and easy cleaning, while the device is safe to use thanks to the finger guard. Made from the finest Japanese steel hand sharpened for optimal sharpness. Dimensions 330mm x 90mm x 30mm. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean
