The Benriner BN-1 Mandolin is made from a sturdy plastic with heat-treated, hand finished stainless steel blades for a professional finish.?Three razor sharp interchangeable blades for different styles of slicing are included: the straight edge flat blade on body, the medium julienne (3 mm) and coarse julienne (11 mm), as well as a finger guard to hold food securely and protect your fingers.?A wheel adjusts blade for thickness to allow you to achieve your desired slice width from 0.5mm to 0.8mm; The Benriner BN-1 Mandoline is perfect for potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, apples, onions and more.?Blades can easily be removed for quick and easy cleaning, while the device is safe to use thanks to the finger guard.?Made from the finest Japanese steel, hand sharpened for optimal sharpness.
