The Benriner BN120-W Jumbo Japanese Mandoline Slicer is made from a sturdy plastic, with high quality, ultra-sharp stainless-steel blades. These extra-sharp stainless steel blade can be removed from the Jumbo Benriner for sharpening or replacement once dull. Cut your vegetables to any thickness up to 6.3mm using the easy-to-adjust screws on either side of the blade. This premium jumbo sized Mandoline slicer is in an extra large size wiyh 115mm cutting width for preparing even bigger vegetables. Dimensions 380mm x 165mm x 50mm. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean. Finger guard included.
