Chefs Blow Torch Head with Gas

This catering gas blowlamp is ideal for browning meats and the tops of meringues, caramelising creme brulee, blistering peppers, skinning tomatoes, imparting smoky flavour to aubergines, preparing fowl and singeing game, coating moulds with butter, caramel or chocolate, unmoulding cold desserts, sculpture work in ice or chocolate and melting cheese toppings. Use to soften burnt-on food residues or clean off fats or heat sterilise stainless steel cookware. Outside uses include lighting BBQ's, fire pits, chimeneas, braziers, torches and bonfires. This set contains 1x BS1256 Torch Head and 1x 220g Butane Gas Canister (GAS-1). Gas not included.
